Tradition and perspectives of Italian cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability.
This will be the theme of the 6th edition of the global event promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, which this year will also be part of Expo 2020 Dubai.
