ITA/ICE organises, in collaboration with AIAD, a collective participation in the 71st edition of IAC-International Astronautical Congress, which will take place in Dubai, from 25 to 29 October 2021.
As envisaged by the Extraordinary Measures promoted by ITA/ICE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to support Italian companies on foreign markets in response to the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, participation will be free of charge for a company workstation in open space (approximately 6 square metres).
ITA/ICE has planned to organise an Italian pavilion in an open space format of 120 square metres, set up and furnished to host Italian companies and their guests. ASI the Italian Space Agency will also be present with its own exhibition space.
The free offer includes:
- rental of the exhibition area (approx. 6 sqm, in open space)
- setting up and furnishing of the area (one table, two chairs, electric socket, light points, waste bin)
- ITA/ICE reception area
- two entry passes to the exhibition area for each company
- access pass to the complete conference programme for one company representative only
The exhibition presence at IAC also includes
– digital communication within the fair’s official channels
– advertising insertion in the exhibition catalogue
– Italian pavilion company catalogue.
Participating companies will be responsible for travel, accommodation and all expenses not listed in the ITA/ICE offer.
How to participate
Companies interested in the initiative should send the application form, the regulations and the declaration in lieu of affidavit by e-mail to motoristica@cert.ice.it.
Applications must be sent from Monday 24 May at 9:00 a.m. to Monday 31 May at 5:00 p.m.
Places are limited and applications will be accepted in order of arrival. Applications sent by ordinary e-mail, received incomplete or delivered before or after the indicated deadline will not be accepted.
